The FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways is designed as a pathway to equip you with the essential skills, knowledge and confidence so you can take the next step into employment or further training.

This qualification will also ensure you are well equipped with the essential employability skills to progress in either a vocational or career pathway. Specifically, this qualification allows you to bolster the basic required to progress in the various business administrative pathways. With the high demand of the various roles in this sector, it is important that all bases and basics are covered, so you can enrol with confidence and advance in your career.
This qualification will allow you to further develop the basic skills required so that you can thrive in the various vocational and career pathways within the business administration facet of this sector. These skills will ensure you are comfortable in literacy, working with various digital technologies and platforms, numeracy, and basic communication.
Within this nationally accredited qualification you will develop the required entry-level digital literacy and employability skills to prepare for workforce entry or pursue further vocational training.

It is the responsibility of the approved Third Parties to recruit, enrol, support, train and assess students undertaking this course. The Learning Collaborative, in consultation with the approved Third Parties, is responsible for support and certification of all students enrolled in this course.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. However, students may be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment to determine any learner support requirements.

If students hold prior relevant work experience or formal qualifications issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), these may count as credit towards specific units. Please contact us for more information regarding eligibility or applications for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
