COURSE INFORMATION

If you are currently in, or seeking a role as, a team leader or frontline manager, the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge to effectively lead, support and manage a team in a variety of work environments.

All successful businesses have one key aspect in common. Strong, inspiring leadership is at the core of flourishing and stable businesses, and this leading presence can come in the form of a supervisor, manager, or team leader. There is a stable future growth with these leadership roles within the business and administrative sectors, demonstrating the demand for these types of positions.

The financial and insurance services area of the Australian business workforce is projected to grow by 3.2 percent as of May 2023. These services include managers or agents that work across various areas of the business sector. These positions allow for pre-existing employees to grow and develop their career into a more managerial role.

This qualification will enable you to work within the business and administrative sectors, which can be then expanded into other industries that require managerial and leadership support. Upon completion of this qualification, you will be well-equipped with the knowledge and skillset to lead various teams to aid in the running of a successful business.

Within this qualification you will learn how to lead, manage and facilitate a team, communicate effectively and organise, implement and monitor staff workloads and operational plans.

This nationally accredited qualification provides the foundations required to upskill and pursue further course studies or go on to university.
